I just visited your website, prepared to make a simple purchase. And, for a while, everything seemed to work flawlessly. The bank statement I‘ve provided for your information attests to the fact that the payment was successful and that money was withdrawn from my account. You’d assume that would be the end of it.
However, this is when things took an odd turn.
After the payment was made, something odd happened. No verification from your side. No notifications acknowledging the transaction. And worst of all, no trace of the order I bought. Just an absence of communication.
Now, I’d like to get an explanation for what’s going on? Did my payment slip into some dark void? If there’s a problem, I need to know. And if things can’t be fixed, then I’d want a refund because leaving me waiting in this kind of stuck situation isn’t the sort of service anyone should have.

There’s a lot of these out there in different forms. Several times they have sent me an invoice for stuff I never ordered. People should be really careful out there

This is very interesting, and so helpful.

I have seen several emails where they pretend to come from my hosting provider and sending me links to click.

I think one of the things people to know, is to be careful of opening unsolicited emails or clicking links in them. They can hijack your life at the click of a single link.
