About the Job

  • The Women Reform Organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Volunteer HR Manager.
  • As a Volunteer HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s HR functions and initiatives.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new volunteers, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help manage volunteer performance by providing feedback, guidance, and support.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate volunteer records and databases.
  • Support the administration of volunteer benefits programs.
  • Provide support to managers and volunteers on HR-related matters.


  • Strong interest in HR and volunteering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
