Position Overview:
Tech Swap Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Product Management Facilitator/Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management and a desire to share that knowledge with aspiring professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual lectures for a minimum of 4 hours per week.
• Develop a detailed and practical syllabus for students.
• Provide and prepare necessary course materials to ensure effective learning.
• Engage students with real-world product management scenarios and projects.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Currently employed as a Product Manager at a recognized company.
• Minimum of a BSc Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of successful product management, demonstrated in an online portfolio or case studies.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a passion for education.
