๐Ÿ“Œ Service delivery: Oversee the delivery of software services to clients, ensuring that the services meet the established quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines.

๐Ÿ“Œ Customer support: Ensure high-quality customer service by developing and implementing processes for handling customer inquiries, complaints and technical issues.

๐Ÿ“Œ Release management: Coordinate product releases to clients

๐Ÿ“Œ Own and develop ITIL best practices processes ad procedures with technical squads.

๐Ÿ“Œ Report and monitor the effectiveness of service, feeding into a continuous imporovement culture with the technology squads.

๐Ÿ“Œ Compliance: Ensure that the service department operates in compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

๐Ÿ“Œ Conduct ongoing supplier management of the third-party helpdesk


๐Ÿ” Significant experience in leading a service function for a technology company, ideally a software as a service platform.

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

๐Ÿค Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Experience in building excellent working relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues.

๐Ÿ”ง Experience managing outsourced providers on a technical level, in an ITIL environment.

๐Ÿง  Knowledge and experience of service management tools, e.g., Jira Service Management.

๐Ÿš€ Energetic and natural leader that is performance-focused.

๐Ÿ’ผ Commercially and financially astute, pragmatic, and persuasive.

๐Ÿ“ˆ ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), ISO 20000 service management standard, or a similar professional qualification is desirable.
