Key Responsibilities:

•            Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy tailored to the travel and tourism sector, covering platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more.

•            Create and curate captivating travel-related content, including stunning visuals, videos, blog posts, and user-generated content that showcases our destinations, services, and customer experiences.

•            Cultivate and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a customer-centric manner.

•            Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and travel industry developments to keep our strategies current and effective.

•            Design and implement lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships.

•            Identify and segment target audiences to create personalized marketing campaigns that foster engagement and convert prospects into high-quality leads.

•            Collaborate with content creators to craft compelling lead magnets, such as travel guides, exclusive offers, and destination insights.

•            Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls to action to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.

•            Analyze lead generation data and KPIs to continually refine and enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

•            Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer with a strong portfolio of travel-related content.

•            Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategies and techniques within the travel and tourism sector.

•            Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and travel industry trends.

•            Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

•            Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into data-driven decisions.

•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•            Detail-oriented and highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•            Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.

•            Knowledge of SEO, CRM systems, and lead management processes is a plus

•            A genuine love for travel and the ability to convey the excitement of exploring new destinations and experiences.
