We’re looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

 

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at THINK GRAPHICS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and helping us achieve our marketing and business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging, original, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our audience in a timely and meaningful manner.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on key performance metrics. Use data insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.
Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns and events.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content adheres to the brand’s guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend and implement new strategies and technologies as appropriate.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
