A close friend of mine is having an acute case of dream paralysis. She has tried different therapies but none seemed to work. Recently she has started seeing strange men dressed in all blue each time she has the dream paralysis. Sometimes she would see one come sit by her bedside and stare into her with cold deep eyes. The person would stare and immediately the person goes she would regain herself from the paralysis. According to her they have not hurt her in any of these occasions, but she could not associate having anything with those people. I don’t know if anyone has any ideas what could be done?
I saw previous answers and I see people are mixing it up.sleep paralysis is different from dream paralysis but both is a similar phenomenon.Sleep paralysis occurs when a person is temporarily unable to move or speak while falling asleep or waking up while dream paralysis is a situation whereby a person is temporarily unable to move or speak while dreaming. Let me give a scenario, assuming you have a weird dream like a snake wanting to attack you not knowing you are dreaming your body will immediately respond by waking up but when drenched in dream paralysis such a person won’t be able to react. The advice I will give it that you meet up with a therapist. Thanks
