How can one have an healthy eating habits. It more of an issue for me cause apart from rice,beans, spaghetti and some categories of swallow foods,I don’t even know other food to eat.what kind of plan can I put in place.
Food is actually meant to supply adequate nutrients not to just fill the stomach alone. One of the ways I’ve found to try making diet balance is to use fruits as my snacks. Instead of buying a sealed snacks in nylon, I buy fruits of that Same amount and use it as my snack. That way, I’m improving my dietary habits
