We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team, drive customer acquisition, and establish strategic partnerships to expand Simplecx’s reach in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Market Development
- Identify and target key industries and businesses that can benefit from Simplecx’s solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of Simplecx in target markets.
Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Proactively generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to potential clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute campaigns that align with customer acquisition goals.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Simplecx customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance Retink’s market presence and product visibility.
Product Advocacy and Feedback
- Serve as a Simplecx product expert, clearly articulating its value proposition and features to prospects.
- Collect feedback from clients and partners to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure Simplex continues to meet market demands.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs for Retink marketing services.
- Analyse sales performance and market data to refine strategies and report progress to leadership.
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to quickly learn and explain technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
