The role

Key responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and
  • materials.
  • Track project progress, monitor milestones, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient

Technical Expertise:

  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise in software development, content creation, and engineering integration to guide project teams and make informed decisions.
  • Understand and communicate technical requirements, constraints, and dependencies

  • Collaborate with software developers, content creators, and engineers to ensure
  • seamless integration of interactive technologies into the project.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, expectations, and feedback from stakeholders to inform project planning and implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and project success.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including software developers, content creators, engineers, and designers.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure their understanding of project objectives and responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project activities.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  • Proactively address project issues and obstacles, seeking resolutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor and assess project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as needed.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality and integrity of software, content, and engineering integration deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and processes to meet project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and testing to verify functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams and stakeholders to address feedback and make necessary improvements.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, progress reports, and change requests.
  • Generate project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and continuous
  • improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in interactive technologies, software development, and content creation.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement lessons learned and drive innovation.
