Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to help manage live marketing accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will play a vital role in managing client success and supporting our team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B marketing campaigns using advanced software (full training provided).
- Speak with clients to address any issues, provide solutions, and build positive relationships.
- Write email copy tailored to client campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of client accounts.
- Regularly update the team on account progress and campaign results.
- Ensure smooth campaign management, from strategy to execution.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent writing skills for creating engaging email copy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns effectively.
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven with great attention to detail.
- A keen interest in B2B marketing and client success.
Perks & Benefits
£10,000 – £15,000 per year (depending on experience).
