๐ Service delivery: Oversee the delivery of software services to clients, ensuring that the services meet the established quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines.
๐ Customer support: Ensure high-quality customer service by developing and implementing processes for handling customer inquiries, complaints and technical issues.
๐ Release management: Coordinate product releases to clients
๐ Own and develop ITIL best practices processes ad procedures with technical squads.
๐ Report and monitor the effectiveness of service, feeding into a continuous imporovement culture with the technology squads.
๐ Compliance: Ensure that the service department operates in compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
๐ Conduct ongoing supplier management of the third-party helpdesk
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
๐ Significant experience in leading a service function for a technology company, ideally a software as a service platform.
๐ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
๐ค Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
๐ ๏ธ Experience in building excellent working relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues.
๐ง Experience managing outsourced providers on a technical level, in an ITIL environment.
๐ง Knowledge and experience of service management tools, e.g., Jira Service Management.
๐ Energetic and natural leader that is performance-focused.
๐ผ Commercially and financially astute, pragmatic, and persuasive.
๐ ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), ISO 20000 service management standard, or a similar professional qualification is desirable.
