S3 Education is dedicated to helping students navigate the complex process of studying abroad. We understand that the application process can be overwhelming and aim to make it easier and seamless for students. Our services include career counseling, university selection, and assistance with visa applications. We also provide support to ensure students are well-settled and comfortable in their chosen destination. All our services are free of charge, and our HO is located in Nairobi, Kenya. We are currently recruiting staff for our various offices inluding the ones in Nairobi, Eldoret, Dar es salaam, Kampala, Kigali, Bujumbura, Addis Ababa, Harare & Lusaka.
Role Description
These are full-time on-site roles for a Student Counselor at S3 Education. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students who are looking to study abroad. This will involve conducting career counseling sessions, assisting with university selection, and helping students through the visa application process. The Student Counselor will also provide ongoing support to ensure students are well-adjusted and successful in their international education journey.
Qualifications
Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Education skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with students
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of educational systems and requirements for studying abroad
Experience in student services or counseling roles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field
