Life is made difficult because of how difficult we find it to let things go sometimes. In a relationship, maybe because you have spent on her and loved her and it seems it is not going to work. you cannot get to any solution by giving yourself unnecessary high blood pressure!

Addictions
Have you got an addiction you’re struggling with? Know that you are not the only one, not the first and definitely not the last to be challenged with such!
But then, you are on your own in this life. Your associations will one day leave you, parents will pass on someday. If you do not conquer it and let it go, you may become an eyesore that your friends will start to avoid someday. If you don’t fight it and let it go, you may lose your value in the society. If you do not let it go depression will follow.

It is not easy, but you have to take a conscious effort to let it go!
