Position: Customer Service Advisor

Type of role: permanent

Location: Remote

Salary: £21000 to £25000 per annum plus up to £25000 bonus per year

We are now seeking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors for a busy company based in Stroud.

This is a permanent opportunity for truly client care orientated customer service person.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for all customers via phone.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the customers, and you will be expected to deliver a great experience to every customer you speak with.

You’ll take ownership of each situation, asking the relevant questions, listening, and finding a solution that leaves our customers feeling that they have been understood and supported in the best way possible.

Skill Set Required

Excellent written & verbal communication skills across a multiple channel.

Excellent time management with ability to prioritise workloads

Good level of numeracy

Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages

Accuracy, Tenacity & Integrity
