We are seeking a Ready-Made Library product manager to join our family.
Job Responsibilities:
– Feature & Enhancement Management: Lead the development and implementation of new features and enhancements for the ready-made library platform, aligning with user needs and market trends.
– Content Lifecycle Management.
– Pipeline Management: Manage the organization and optimization of the content pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility of resources.
– Platform Reporting & Analytics: Utilize and oversee the platform’s reporting system, leveraging data to derive insights, track performance, and inform decision-making processes.
– Special Projects Support: Provide leadership and support for additional special projects, leveraging platform expertise and market insights.
– Process & Quality Improvement: Identify, communicate, and implement opportunities for process and quality improvements, gathering feedback and usage data for enhancements.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including content contributors and partnering organizations, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Job Requirements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
• In-depth understanding of LMS functionality and technology.
• 3-5 years of business experience
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Experience in education and L&D fields is a plus.
• Self-Starter.
• Administration experience (Preparing reports, presentations, and conducting research)
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Sales Skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills.
• The ability to develop and manage successful stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong ‘Customer’ Service skills with a Consultant Mindset.
• Ability to identify any opportunities for process and quality improvements.
