Requirements

  • Prior telemarketing experience as well as conducting meetings through Google Meet, Zoom, etc is essential
  • Must have a strong business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • General understanding of how businesses operate in Australia is preferred

Roles and responsibilities

  • Participate in telemarketing efforts, including making cold calls as part of our lead generation initiatives
  • Expand our client network and customer base
  • Assist in the development of growth strategies
  • Organise and lead marketing webinars
  • Deliver presentations about our business, both via Zoom and in-person seminars
  • Coordinate virtual seminars to showcase our service offerings
  • Manage our CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-up
  • Monitor competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats
