Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a senior Product Support Specialist (Product Support) at eRoam in Vadodara. As a Senior Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting them with any product-related issues they may encounter. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 6+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, products, and processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (depending on the customer base) may be advantageous.
