Responsibilities

  • Able to handle team both Voice + NON-Voice
  • RBI + Social Escalation handling
  • Bureau Escalations handling
  • Should have knowledge about process automation.

Requirements and skills

  • Good Knowledge on MS (Excel, MIS, Mail Merge),
  • Banking/ NBFC/ Fintech Experience
  • Minimum Experience 2 Years as Manager / SR Manager
  • Experience- 3-5 years
